Okay firstly I'm not sure why it took my so long to post this. Secondly, listen up girls!
This is cheap, chic and certainly cheerful! After having a lengthy discussion with my gran about how much I hated my combination skin that would be dry yet constantly under attack of blemishes, she then went on to mention that her mother used to have beautiful skin and all she ever used was Rose water and glycerine. Having no clue where I'd find it, my first stop was Boots the chemist and I was in luck! I picked it up for around £2 and two weeks later I went back to buy three more!
On first use I couldn't quite get used to the feel of it. It was soothing, yet in a way it also made my skin feel sticky, almost. However, I woke up the next day with smooth, clean feeling and moisturised skin. Rose water has the power to draw out redness from the skin and give it an even, dewy tone.
Then, after experimenting I found an even better use for it. Before applying my foundation, I wipe the solution over my skin. By wipe, I mean splash some on my hands and spread it over my face. After waiting about 30 second for it to dry, I think pat off the excess with a towel. Then, apply foundation on to your face and you will be left with dewy, fresh and natural looking skin!

Bare all?
Have you tried Angels on Bare Skin from Lush Cosmetics yet? No? Don't waste any more time!
My skin is oily/combination skin but is also fairly sensitive and this product really is a miracle! I does exactly what it says on the tin (plastic tub) "evens out skin tone, reduces redness and improves the health and appearance of your skin".
The cleanser contains ground almonds which turns into a milky paste when mixed with water on the palm of your hand. It also contains "rose absolute" which I absolutely love as it really does get rid of any redness (ever heard your grand-parents talk about the wonders of rose water and glycerin? Well this is even better).
When using the product I find it is better to take a little bit more than the directions advise. Pinch a small amount of the product ( about twice the size of a pea) and mix it with a little water in the palm of your hands until it turns to a milk coloured liquid or paste. Then gently massage the product over your face starting from the centre and concentrating on any areas which are particularly red or have uneven skin tone. Continue to massage the product over your face for around 2 minutes and gently wipe off with a damp face cloth.
You will immediately see the benefits of the product and within a week your skin will be looking be-a-u-ti-ful!
